Public Projects

The Project will evaluate existing conditions, identify collision trends and deficiencies. The goal is to develop Complete Street solutions to address safety concerns, improve access and mobility connections for all users.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of a multi-layer micro-surfacing/chip seal application on Sunrise Boulevard Drive between Greenback Lane and Madison Avenue including pavement grinding, minor pavement reconstruction, adjusting manholes, legends, and markings, and all other works as shown on the contract documents.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of a multi-layer micro surfacing application on the specified segments of Dewey Drive and Van Maren Lane including pavement grinding, constructing PCC curb and gutter, PCC curb extensions (bulbouts), ADA compliant curb ramps, adjusting manholes, minor storm drain improvements, restoring traffic striping, legends, and markings, and all other works as shown on the contract documents.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of the following: Temporary traffic control and encroachment permitting, Placing crack seal on various roadways throughout the city, All other work shown in the contract documents.

In general, the work to be done under these Contract Documents consist of: general vegetation management, cleanup and small repairs along channels and roadside ditches. The contractor shall clear brush, debris, garbage and woody vegetation along creeks, open spaces, roadside ditches and City owned property.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of the following: Temporary traffic control and encroachment permitting; Removing and clearing of existing retaining wall, debris, vegetation, and soil; Reconstruction of damaged portions of an existing retaining wall; Restoring sidewalk and; All other work shown in the contract documents

The work to be performed consists, in general, of removing and clearing debris and sediment, repairing slope/footing protections, applying bridge deck treatment, installing bridge identification signs/markings, railing repairs and other minor concrete repairs at 19 bridges in various locations within the City of Citrus Heights.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of constructing a 1.0 mile long section of Auburn Boulevard within the Cities of Citrus Heights and Roseville, including curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm drain, water main, pavement rehabilitation, irrigation, landscaping, signing, striping, traffic signal, street lighting, gateway monument structure, and undergrounding of overhead utilities.
